Central Coast Feather Fanciers

I am officially a member of the Central Coast Feather Fanciers. As of nearly two weeks ago...but today was the yearly show in Paso Robles, and it was pretty fun.

I have been combating northern red mites as well as lice on certain birds in my flock, as well as attempting to minimize the effects of molting. Here is the list of birds that I entered, along with any prizes they won:
Pepper: Standard Black Crevecoeur-Champion Junior Continental
Melon: Bantam Mottled Cochin-Reserve Variety
Christina: Belgium Bearded D'uccle Mille Fleur-3rd place
Noodle: Black and Copper Mottled Serama Cockerel- Unknown
Diesel: Black Serama Pullet-Unknown
Trixie: Mottled Serama Hen-Unknown
Colombian Silkie: Colombian Silkied Serama Pullet-Unknown
Wheaton Serama: Wheaton Serama Hen-Unkown

Also, we have eggs!!! On Serama Eggs 1-3, we are on day:
Serama Egg 4:
Serama Egg 5 (New Egg!):

I will fill in the totals tomorrow when I have the brain capacity to be able to count...

In knitting news:
I have come to the point in my jumper/hoodie that I am decreasing for the arms...I am stuck, and you can decipher my stuck-ness here.
